The Dave Capp Project featuring France Neil has joined the City of Deltona’s Music in the Amphitheater concert series and plans to make their first performance May 13 at the Deltona Amphitheater.
Launched in 2014, this new and exciting band combines the talents of professional musicians who play a variety of jazz styles. The Orlando Weekly Readers’ Poll named the “Best Jazz Act of 2015.” The band is comprised of saxophonist Dave Capp who also sings (alto, tenor), vocalist France Neil, Scott Montgomery or Brian Petras on keyboards, Mike Bloom or Rick Nicholson on bass and Tony Durrum on drums. The band has played the House of Blues at Disney Springs, College Park Jazzfest, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Studios, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Harry P. Leu Gardens, Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Daytona 500, New Smyrna Beach Jazz Festival, Hard Rock Live Orlando and The Plaza Live Orlando.
The Deltona Amphitheater is located at 2150 Eustace Ave. Admission to the Music in the Amphitheater concert series is always free.
