DeLeon Springs State Park 40th Anniversary Celebration

It’s been 40 years since DeLeon Springs became a state park, and we want you to celebrate with us! Visit the park on Saturday, October 15, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., for a day of fun and appreciation.
Big door prizes; history talks; music jam pavilion; kids-and-family play area; phone photo scavenger hunt; cornhole; aquarium room; ranger-led hikes; artisans; volleyball; and lots of game prizes.
Bring a picnic, cook out, or experience the restaurant. Take a swim, rent a kayak, and discover the area on an eco boat tour. Visit, play, learn, and just enjoy our park as we celebrate not only 40 years, but over 6,000 years of history, preserved and protected for us back in 1982.
