This year’s tour highlights University Terrace, one of the earliest and most fashionable subdivisions in East DeLand, known for its gently curving streets and rolling hills.
Platted in 1925 during the height of the Florida Land Boom, this neighborhood features homes with design styles influenced by nearly 100 years of growth and resilience.
