Yolanda Sánchez's art is a joyful celebration featured in a springtime exhibition at the downtown DeLand gallery. Her work includes vibrant, floral-inspired paintings and colorful, flowing textiles influenced by Eastern philosophy and Chinese and Japanese classical ink painting.
Sánchez, born in Cuba and raised in Miami, draws inspiration from calligraphy and dance, creating art that blends movement, stillness, rhythm, and harmony.
