Meet the Westons!

Always looking for new and different ways to promote our area, West Volusia Tourism Advertising Authority has adopted a FAMILY! Meet the WESTONS! Their name comes from combining our area (WEST) with VISIT FLORIDA's promotional designation ONS - Outdoor Nature Seekers).

Robert, Jessica, Daniel, and Nadia are your nature-loving experts, always up for unique community events, strolls through scenic habitats with their trusty German Shepherd, and paddleboarding West Volusia's waterways. Even after extensive exploration, they're still uncovering exciting new spots. When not on the trails or cruising the waters, the WESTONS are all about local learning as a tight-knit homeschooling family. Jessica is a West Volusia native and Stetson University alum. She and her husband Robert ensure their kids explore their interests through everything from storytimes to hands-on art and science classes. Having briefly left for a five-year RV adventure across the country, the WESTONS returned to West Volusia, realizing that home is truly where the heart is. Now, they're here to guide our visitors on when, where, and how to soak up all the wonders West Volusia has to offer. Follow their adventures on Visit West Volusia's media platforms and Jessica's new website Walk and Paddle.
