The summer months in West Volusia are known to be hot and humid. Lucky for us that we have two of the most beautiful, sparkling, and clear springs in Florida right in our own backyard. At both Blue Spring State Park and DeLeon Springs State Park, you can cool off in refreshing spring waters with a constant temp of 72 degrees. Go swimming, snorkeling or inner-tubing down a natural lazy river. Both parks are great for water activities, but they also have trails, eco/historical river cruises and plenty of nature and wildlife to see. DeLeon Springs State Park also has paddle boats that you can rent as well as the Old Spanish Sugarmill Restaurant, where you can make your own pancakes on a table top griddle.
Swimming and Tubing are some of the most popular summertime activities
